The Ranch House has one king bedroom downstairs with a full bath & 1/2 bath. There are two stairways each leading to a bedroom with 2 beds and each bedroom enjoys its own 3/4 bath. One bedroom has a queen and double bed, the other has 2 double beds. There are two sofa sleepers in the large living area for extra guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a full course meal for your family and friends. After dinner just load up the dishwasher and sit back and relax. The cabin is complete with washer/dryer and central air and heat. The perfect way to go camping!

The Ranch House is part of a working ranch and sits on the southeast end of 80 acres. You may get to see the owners working cattle. If you have horses you'd like to bring The Ranch House has stables that will be made available to you as our guest. If you are interested in bring horses please let us know in advance. HORSES ARE NOT PROVIDED.

As this is a working ranch you will not be allow access to the entire 80 acres.

The Ranch House is located 2 miles west of hwy 259. You can relax to the sites and sounds of Briar Branch which runs directly behind the cabin. The cabin is secluded but within minutes of all Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend attractions.

A starter supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, dishwashing/dishwasher liquid and laundry soap will be provided for your stay.

Directions to The Ranch House

The Ranch House is located approximately 9 miles north of Broken Bow in the Hochatown area of Broken Bow Lake on US 259. Pass the car wash, turn left at the "Three Rivers" sign (across from the 2 churches). Go exactly 2 miles, cross a low water concrete bridge. The road "Y"s, take the Y to the right and cross a cattle guard. The cabin is on your right.
